Useable by any federal government agency, in a wide variety of professional support disciplines.

Naval Sea Contracts

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) – Prime Contractor: Support services primarily to NAVSEA, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps. Other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or Joint agencies for work that is integrally related to product areas and mission may use this contract vehicle. The contract is categorized into 22 functional services areas.

U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) – Subcontractor: Technical support for the AMCOM and its customers managed systems/equipment/technology. Support is included for a wide variety of mission areas, weapon systems, and all ancillary and support systems and training devices/aids in 27 different Technical Functional Specialty Areas.

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Training Systems Contract III (Both Lot I – Unrestricted and Lot II – Small Business) – Prime Contractor: Used for the procurement of a broad range of training system products, including new training systems, modifications and upgrades to existing training systems, complementary Instructional Systems Development (ISD), and complementary Training Systems Support.

U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Omnibus Contract (STOC) II (Both Lot I – Unrestricted and Lot II – Small Business) – Prime Contractor: Provides the ability to procure a broad range of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and Instrumentation solutions in support of customer training and testing requirements. These solutions include procurement and/or services support of training and testing simulators, simulations, systems/devices, instrumentation systems, telecommunications systems, experimentation, targets, gaming, advanced simulation concepts, and open architecture, and common part and component solutions.

U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Training & Support Services – Subcontractor: Provides support services for the United States Army MCoE in its mission to develop training strategies, doctrine, capabilities, analysis, and instruction and products for current and future forces.

NAVAIR Aircraft Division Pax River Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) and Navy Unmanned Combat Aerial System (N-UCAS) program Technical Engineering Products and Services – Subcontractor: Production, integration, and engineering services to provide support to the ATC Systems Division – including requirements definition support and analysis; prototyping; test and evaluation; technical assistance; systems analysis and engineering; software development, integration and maintenance; hardware development, installation, and maintenance; test data acquisition, reduction, and analysis; technical logistics support; configuration management; training support; and program and project management.

Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Department (NAWCAD) Patuxent River Code 4.5.8 Air Traffic Control Systems Division Support – Subcontractor: In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) and Software Support Activity (SSA) support for Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS), including Joint Precision Approach And Landing Systems (JPALS), Navy Unmanned Combat Aerial Systems (N-UCAS), Unmanned Carrier-Launched Airborne Surveillance And Strike (UCLASS), Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (BAMS), War Fighter Networking (WFN), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS)/Ground Based Sense And Avoid (GBSAA) and Automated Aerial Refueling (AAR).

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) ATC Engineering and Technical Support Services – Subcontractor: Broad-based engineering design, technical support, system maintenance, and Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) support; including specialized ATC engineering, specialized ATC technical and integration support, configuration data management, and systems maintenance for a broad range of complex ATC, Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) and Aviation Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat, Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Systems.
