HOUSING & DORMITORY MANGEMENT
Providing Military Housing Management (Property Management) and Dormitory Management services to military installations. Support includes:
leased housing out in town.
If housing is unavailable, SYMVIONICS Housing Referral Specialists assist the reporting service member by providing resources for "house-hunting" in the community.
SYMVIONICS assists residents receiving transfer orders, to provide them with a move-out date and a plan for a smooth transition.
Unaccompanied Housing (UH) on base provides a home for single military members. UH assistance includes:

Ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Overseeing custodial support.

Assignment and termination.

Start and Stop Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH).
SYMVIONICS currently provides on-site management of family and unaccompanied housing units for 1,393 military housing units.
Management support includes administration, operations, financials, surveys, assignment/termination, off-base referrals, furnishings, and Commander's Interest Programs.
